"Do you have a refund policy?”

Unfortunately as of right now I do not offer refunds just due to the infancy of the business. I know however from personal experience that good customer service is very important. Therefore, it is my dedication that you have a safe and satisfactory experience here at CHASITEA’s! If there is something wrong with your order that includes but is not limited to damage , lost (via shipment) etc. please contact me at cmorgan@chasiteas.com so that I can do my best to make your order and your experience right!

“Do you use organic herbs for your blends?”

For some herbs, yes! And although I would love to use all organic herbs, I unfortunately am unable to do so at this time. I do plan to have all organic herbs in the near future!

“How long with it take for my order to ship?”

I strive to fulfill all orders within 2-3 business days during weekdays (Monday-friday)! Depending on where you are, your order will arrive 2-7 business days after that. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email! If there is a situation where the fulfillment timing does not align with the above statement I ask to please allot me some grace, for I am a first time business owner and a one women show!

In what ways are you “environmentally conscious” ?

All packaging was picked out with Mother Gaia (Nature) in mind. Therefore, all packaging products are reusable, compostable and biodegradable!


"Where is your tea sourced from?”

All botanicals are ordered in bulk and sourced by farmers here in the Untied States that are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified. Their rigorous standards and operations have been reviewed and certified from Merieux NutraSciences, a leading international consulting and testing laboratory. They are also a company of farmers that are certified organic as well as kosher certified!
